Wesley David Prentice, Jr.

On Friday, June 10th, 2022, Wesley David Prentice Jr, passed away at the age of 58. Wesley was born on October 4th, 1963 to parents Wesley David Prentice Sr and Mary Lou Prentice. He graduated from Mio AuSable High School in 1983. In July 1988 Wesley married Sheila Leigh Rieger of Toledo, Ohio. They raised 3 children in Mio, 2 sons, Aaron and Cody, 1 daughter, Judith. Wesley worked mostly in construction. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast, enjoyed traveling, and spending time with family. He loved classic rock. Wesley was preceded in death by his father, Wesley David Prentice Sr. He is survived by his mother Mary, his siblings, Terry, Robin, Carey, and Jeff, his children, Aaron, Judith, and Cody and several nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held for the public at Lashley Funeral Home in Mio, from 11am-1pm, with informal sharing of stories and memories, beginning at 1 PM on Wednesday June, 15th, 2022. In accordance with Wesley's wishes, cremation will follow the service.
