Wayne H. Pfaff

Wayne H. Pfaff, age 88 of Fairviw, Michigan, passed away at The Home at Wellsprings Lutheran Services in Fairview, Michigan on Friday, October 25, 2019.

Wayne was born in Comins, Michigan on November 13, 1930 to Bruno and Josephine (Sinis) Pfaff. He graduated from Fairview High School with the Class of 1949. He worked as a farmer, in road construction, and at Hoskins Manufacturing, retiring in 1995. Wayne enjoyed "Bingo", line dancing, the Detroit Tigers, gardening, and old westerns. He loved his grandkids.

Wayne is survived by his 7 children: Timothy Pfaff, Dan & Sue Pfaff, Wendy & Tony Pinzinio, Vicky & Larry Wasnock, Janeen Russell, LuAnn & Doug Wellman, and Jodi & Curt Conley; his brother Willard Pfaff; 19 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Olive Louise, 1 brother, 5 sisters, and 1 great-grandson.

Visitation on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 11 AM – 2 PM at the Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, MI, with Funeral Services at 2 PM with Pastor Ron Janiszewski officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, Michigan with Military Honors.

Memorial donations may be made to Oscoda County Council on Aging.
