Wayne W. Miller

Mr. Wayne Wilbur Miller, age 54, of Mio, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2008 at Bay Regional Medical Center in Bay City. In accordance with Wayne's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, Dec. 22, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Lashley Funeral Home with Rev. Marcel Lamb, officiating. Mr. Miller was born on March 12, 1954 in Bay City, Ml to Merl & Ruth (Burch) Miller. Wayne was raised in Prescott, Ml. He lived and worked in the Prescott area as a Sawyer, and moved to Mio seven years ago. Wayne enjoyed hunting and playing horseshoes. Mr. Miller is survived by his companion Lee Mowbray of Mio; his mother Ruth Eleanor Miller of Prescott, Ml; his daughter Sara Miller of Bay City; his stepson Patrick Mowbray of Mio; his sisters: Emma, Betty, Dixie, and Dinah; his brothers: Lewil, John, Merl, Alex, and David Miller; his grandson Xavier Martinez; and his niece Susie Hawley. Wayne was preceded in death by his father Merl Miller and his brother Jimmy Miller. Arrangements by Lashley Funeral Home, Mio.
