Wavard Randolph "Randy" Williams Sr. age 81, of Luzerne, MI, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at his residence.
Randy was born in Leland, Mississippi on May 31, 1937, a son of the late Clara May (Johnson) and William Riley Williams. He moved to Michigan and settled in Dryden and Graduated from Dryden High School. He married Joyce on Sept, 24, 1960 in Keego Harbor, MI. He worked as a High Low driver for General Motors Truck and Bus in Pontiac, MI. The couple retired to Luzerne 17 years ago and Randy was a former member of the Mio Moose Lodge. He was an avid and accomplished pool player, winning many trophies. He also enjoyed horseshoes and driving his Nova race car, "Bad to the Bone".
Surviving are his wife Joyce Ann Williams; children: Andrew (Connie) Williams, April (Dave) Copp, Randy Williams, Jr., Candice Williams and Steven Williams; grandchildren: Brandy, Jason, Erica, Ashlee, Nicole, Katlyn and Hunter; 12 great grandchildren with one more on the way and one great, great grandchild on the way as well.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Luzerne American Legion Post.
