Thomas A. Liss

Thomas Anthony Liss, age 80, of Mio, MI, passed away Tuesday, March 24th, at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, MI. He was born in Detroit, MI on January 3, 1946, to the late Steven and Stella (Stawarz) Liss.

Tom owned and operated Mio Plumbing for many years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Mio and of the Local 98 Plumbers Union. Tom was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved his home in Mio, but above all, loved his family.

He is survived by his sons, Tom (Jaclyn) Liss and Dennis (Shaun) Liss; sisters, Clara Baranski and Patricia Pollard, grandchildren, Samantha Liss, Madalynn Liss, Tommy Liss, Ava Liss, and Trevor Biondo; great-grandchildren, Asher Zepeda and Carter Zepeda, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda, and brother, Stephen.
