Thomas Adamson was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 19, 1957. He passed away in Northern Michigan on January 14, 2025, where he loved to be; in the outdoors. He loved fishing, camping, and building things. Tom worked for the railroad from the age of 17 until his passing. One of his favorite places to vacation was in the Florida Keys. He was a hard worker who loved to laugh and joke all of the time. His favorite quote was “Sorry about your luck.” Tom devoted his life to bringing joy to others. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by many.

Tom is survived by his children: Rosa Chavez and Angela Adamson; his sister Jeanne Szafran; his brother Joey Adamson; and 3 grandchildren: Joey Lara, Skyleigh Chavez, and Ryder Chavez. Also surviving him are his former wife: Toni Bugeja; his late wife’s children: Crystal and Dawn; and countless others whose lives he touched. He was preceded in death by his parents: Jack and Jeanne Adamson; his sister Dorothy Adamson; and his wife Joanne Adamson.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Tom’s Life will be held at a later date.
