Thelma Deschaw

Thelma Mary Deschaw, 88, of Fairview, formerly of Lincoln Park, MI died Friday, May 3rd, 2013 at The Home at AuSable Valley Community in Fairview.

Dear mother of Larry (Wanda)Deschaw of Plymouth, MI and Bill (Peggy) Deschaw of Luzerne, MI. Grandmother of Lisa, Kent, Ryan and Rene, great grandmother of Julanna, Kara, Madison, Elizabeth and Michael. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William and Grandson Michael.

Thelma was born in Wyandotte, Michigan the daughter of the late Fred and Ann (Sheer). She graduated from Roosevelt High School, Wyandotte, attended St. Johns Church in Wyandotte and retired from Sears, Lincoln Park and Dearborn Stores.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Emma Lowery Congregational Church, Luzerne, MI, on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Hedy Alcock officiating. Interment of Ashes at Michigan Memorial Cemetery, Flat Rock, MI at a later date.
