Ted J. Contratto

Mr. Ted J. Contratto, age 50, of Luzerne, passed away Monday, October 6, 2008 at Mercy Hospital in Grayling.
In accordance with Ted's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at The Mio Moose Lodge # 1035, on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 1 P.M.
Mr. Contratto was born on October 23, 1957 to Clarence and Anna Mae Contratto in Detroit, Michigan. Upon his retirement from the General Motors Romulus Plant in August of 2006, he moved from Dearborn to Luzerne, where he was a member and the Acting Governor of The Mio Moose Lodge #1035 and was also a member of the The Sons of the American Legion in Luzerne. He enjoyed fishing, building construction, woodworking, kayaking and riding ATV's and motorcycles.
Mr. Contratto is survived by his wife Arleen; parents Clarence and Anna Mae Contratto
of Dearborn; children: Joseph Contratto of Westland and John Levitt of Redford,
Ml; stepchildren: Tammy Faiman of Lupton and Benjamin Bloss of Monroe, Ml; sister Cindy (Dale) Knapp of Woodhaven, Ml; brother Tom (Paula) Contratto of Bloomfield Hills, MI and 4 step grandchildren.
