Shirley M. Usrey

Shirley Mae Usrey, Born April 18th, 1933, in Pontiac Michigan to Mary and Harry Crane peacefully passed after a long illness on October 31st, 2023.  She was a long-term resident of Mio and Houghton Lake Michigan, she recently relocated to Inverness Florida to live with her daughter.   Preceded in death by her husband Donald E Usrey, Brother Raymond Crane, parents Mary and Harry Crane and Granddaughter Keena Specht.  Shirley is survived by her dog Willow, sister Mary (Jim) Allen, daughter Cathy (Larry) Baughman, and Mary (Larry) Jarenowski. Son’s Steve Usrey and Mike (Lesley) Usrey.  Along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Shirley enjoyed playing cards, bowling, camping, casinos, watching NASCAR and anything to do with Elvis Presley

Visitation 3:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday, November 10, 2023 at the Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, with Prayer Vigil Service and Rosary at 7:00 PM.

Visitation also on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 9:00 AM until the time of The Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mio, MI with Rev. Santiago Hoyumpa officiating. Interment at Mentor Township Cemetery Mio, MI.
