Shirley C. Grimmett

Comins, MI – Shirley Grimmett died of natural causes at the age of eighty-eight on Sunday morning December 17th, 2023. Shirley was born on November 28th, 1935, and was married to her husband and best friend Kenneth Eugene Grimmett for 58 years.

Both Shirley and her husband had long term ties to the Comins, MI community where Ken Grimmett’s parents resided prior. Shirley enjoyed spending time and speaking with local friends and her family members. She loved her children and grandchildren deeply, evident by the many photos displayed throughout their home.

Surviving Members of the family include her husband Kenneth E. Grimmett.
Son - Kenneth Grimmett Jr., his wife Kim and their children, Jacob, Joshua, Joseph, and grandchildren.
Daughter – Kathlene Stanley, her husband Barry Stanley and their children Taylor Westerhausen, Cannen Stanley, and Grandchildren.
Son – Thomas Munsie, his wife Patty and their children, Kristyn, Shannon, Samantha, and grandchildren.

Shirley will be missed by all those who loved her. There will be no formal services as we honor the wishes of Shirley and her husband.
