Sharon L. Labush

Sharon L. LaBush, age 69 of Mio, Michigan, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 3, 2015.
Sharon was born in Manchester, New Hampshire on August 23, 1945 to Alfred and Elaine (Shenk) James.   She married Raymond LaBush on February 28, 1962 in Detroit, MI.  The couple moved to Luzerne in 1979.  Sharon was a mother and homemaker. She had also worked in Housekeeping at Mercy Manor in Grayling from 1979 – 1993.  Sharon enjoyed painting, crocheting, and especially loved the tranquility of moving waters.
Sharon is survived by her children:  Margaret (Mike) Hodge of Mio, MI; Barbara (Jeff) Willobee of Luzerne, MI; Sherry (Toby) Mitchell of Allegan, MI; Bonnie (Rob) Farrell of Columbia City, IN; and Raymond (Rebecca) LaBush of Luzerne, MI; 3 sisters:  Carol (Jim) Currie of Clawson, MI; Charlene Dietzek of Garden City, MI; and Jolene Gurbert of Novi, MI.  She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren.  Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Raymond; and 2 grandchildren:  Abigail LaBush and Matthew Hodge.
Visitation Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 1-9 PM at Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, Michigan and again on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 10AM until the time of Funeral Services at 11 AM, also at Lashley Funeral Home with Reverend Joel Mitchell officiating.  Interment will follow at Luzerne Cemetery, Luzerne, Michigan.
