Sandra L. Miles

Mrs. Sandra L. Miles, age 51, of Fairview, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at her home.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. The Rosary will be recited by friends on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 10:45 AM with a Memorial Mass Celebration, immediately following at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mio officiated by Fr. Raymond Cotter.
Mrs. Miles was born on April 25, 1957 to Rudolph and Ana (Ochoa) Lucero in Denver, Colorado. Sandra was raised in San Pablo, California, and she attended Contra Costa Community College there, where she received an Associate's Degree. She married Clair Miles in San Pablo, and they moved to Fairview in 1991. Sandra was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Mio, where she worked as the Parish Secretary. She was a lifetime member of Farmfest Music Organization of Johannesburg; a volunteer and lifetime member of the Nor'Easter's ""Live Mike"" at Steiner Museum; a member of the Huron Humane Society and a member of the Mio Study Club.
Mrs. Miles is survived by her husband Clair ""Bud"" Miles; her mother Ana Lucero of Fairview; her stepchildren: Jeffrey S. (Cynthia) Miles, Janeen Stacy Miles, and Jill Sandra Miles; and her step-granddaughter Tessa Grace Miles.
