Roy Kleinebreil

Roy Robert Kleinebreil, age 70 of Mio, MI, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Covenant-Harrison Hospital in Saginaw.Roy was born on December 5, 1942 in Saginaw, Michigan to Norman and Laurina (Aikens) Kleinebreil.  He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War era.  He married Marlene on November 25, 1977 in Mio, MI. They lived in Phoenix, AZ, moving to Bay City in 1980, and then settling in Mio in 1990. Roy was a member of the Mio VFW and the Mio Church of God.  He had enjoyed woodworking as a hobby.Roy is survived by his son Troy Kleinebreil of Saginaw, MI;  his step-children:  Dale Ostroe of Greenfield, MO, Janay Ostroe of Fairview, MI, and Dean Ostroe of Phoenix, AZ; 2 grandchildren: Jill (Tod) Koziol of Sterling Heights, MI, and Drew Kleinebreil of Saginaw, MI; 3 great-grandchildren: Trevor Koziol, Nathan Koziol and Sierra Ruth Koziol; brothers and sisters: Theresa (James) Ciszewski, Norm Kleinebreil, Don (Cathy) Kleinebreil, Richard (Wanda) Kleinebreil, Mike Kleinebreil, Mary Johnston, Chuck (Judy) Kleinebreil, Peter (Rose) Kleinebreil, Paul (Marcia) Kleinebreil, Philip (Connie) Kleinebreil and Alice (Pete) Barnes; 1 brother in law Don (Grace) Granger.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Marlene; sisters: Margaret Granger and Ann Schroder; brother Jim Kleinebreil and sisters in law: Carol Kleinebreil and Marylou Kleinebreil.In accordance with Roy's wishes, cremation has taken place.
