Mr. Richard J. Schramm, Sr.
Mr. Richard J. Schramm, Sr., age 69, of Luzerne, passed away Friday, January 30, 2009 at Mercy Hospital, Grayling.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Schramm was born on October 13, 1939 in Jackson, Ml to Leo & Iva (Iverson) Schramm. Richard served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He later worked for and retired from the Ford Motor Company, Ypsilanti Plant. He married Susan Palmer on December 31, 1981 in Luzerne, Ml. Richard enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting.
Mr. Schramm is survived by his wife Susan of Luzerne; his children: Rick (Priscilla) Schramm; Tina (Tim) MacAllister; and Dave (Yara) Roe; his grandchildren: Monica, Brandon, Janessa, Kendra, Courtney, Geneva, Chase, Adrianna, Yasmin and Conner; his special cat Shona; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Tammy Nickell and his brother Fred Means.
