Richard L. Kelley Sr.

Mr. Richard L. Kelley, Sr., age 58, of Luzerne, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at West Branch Regional Medical Center.
Visitation from 10 A.M. -2 P.M. on Monday, Nov. 24, 2008 at Lashley Funeral Home, Mio;
Funeral Service will follow at 2 P.M. with Pastor James Durfee of the Luzerne Baptist Church officiating. In accordance with Richard's wishes, cremation will follow the funeral service, with interment of ashes at a later date at Luzerne Cemetery.
Mr. Kelley was born on May 4, 1950 in Caro, Ml to Edgar and Alice (Little) Kelley. Richard was raised in Waterford. He married Dawn on May 9, 1968 in Waterford, Ml. They lived in Clarkston, where Richard worked as a foreman. The couple had owned vacation residences in the Luzerne area since 1978, and moved to Luzerne permanently in 1991. Richard was a member of the Luzerne Baptist Church.
Mr. Kelley is survived by his wife Dawn; his son Richard (Margaret) Kelley, Jr. of Clarkston, Ml; his daughter: Dawn Kelley of Grand Blanc, Ml; two sisters: Chris LaBarge and Ruth Ann Barnier; three brothers: David Kelley, Mike Kelley, and Terry Kelley; and five grandchildren.
