Raymond Schonfeld 'Jr'

Raymond C. Schonfeld, Jr., age 77 of Mio, Michigan, passed away at his home on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

Raymond was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 1, 1947, to Raymond and Joyce (Lamarand) Schonfeld, Sr.  After his high school career, he served his country in the US Navy. Raymond worked much of his life as a Medical Insurance Agent. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Raymond is survived by his children: Raymond Schonfeld, Kelly Schonfeld, and Carrie Greenwald; his sister Lynn Trivette; his brothers: David, Norman, Jeff, Tim, and Matt; 15 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Karon Schonfeld and Douglas, Mike, Rich and Nelson.

Visitation on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, from 11 AM – 1 PM at the Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, MI, with Funeral Services at 1 PM with Pastor Lowell Eastman officiating. Military Honors will be offered by the Luzerne American Legion Post, the Mio American Legion Post, and the Mio VFW Post.  In accordance with his wishes, cremation will follow the services.
