Patricia I Dresher

Patricia I. Dresher, age 80 of Mio, passed away Monday, December 03, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Grayling, Michigan.
Patricia was born on January 27, 1932 to Harold and Irene Quinlan.  She lived in Florida and California for some of her life, but called Mio her home.  She lived in Oscoda County for about 37 years.  Pat worked at Cooleyâ??s Department Store in Rose City for a while and also worked for the Oscoda County Herald.  She owned and operated B & B Repair.  Pat also volunteered at the Oscoda County Chamber of Commerce and at the Grayling Womenâ??s Shelter.  She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Mio and was also a Charter Member of the Mio Moose Lodge.
Patricia is survived by her daughter Linda (Roland) Smith; her grandchildren:  DeDe (Dave Kapusto) Carpenter; Jennifer (Tim) Malcomson; Joe (Misty) Carpenter; Cora Lee (Ronald Ryder) Dresher; Richard Dresher; and Rayanne Dresher; her great grandchildren:  Ashley Malcomson, Timothy Malcomson, Alicia Carpenter, Madison Carpenter, Samaya Evans, and Ryder Evans.  She is also survived by her sister Jackie Goodman and brother Robert Quinlan; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Robert ""Bob"" Dresher, her son Bobby Dresher, and her brother-in-law Don Goodman.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place.  No services are planned.
