Patricia May Colley

Patricia May “Pat” Colley, age 74 of Mio, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland, Michigan on Saturday, August 6, 2022.
Pat was born in Grayling, Michigan on February 8, 1948, the daughter of the late Fred and Dorothy Beek. She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Colley, her second husband Blake Holman, and her first husband Merle “Gary” Ingleston; her two daughters: D. Marie Scheenen and Betty Ann Smith; three grandkids: Jessica and Michael Ingleston and David Smith; one great grandkid Joseph Richards; her brother Fred L. Beek; her great grandniece Kalee Beek; and her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Pat was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was raised most of her life in Flint, Michigan; before returning to Mio, Michigan. Pat was involved in the Mio Red Hats, a group she enjoyed very much. Pat loved to make things out of plastic canvas. She loved Bingo. She did needlepoint and oven door towels, but her favorite pastime was putting puzzles together. She especially loved spending time with her great granddaughter Sophia Ingleston, her grandson Frankie Ingleston When he came to visit, and her sister Carol. She liked talking on the phone with her family and friends. If you didn’t get at least one call a day, you would think that something was wrong.
Pat is survived by her son Frankie (Christine) Ingleston, her daughter Tina Richard, three sisters: Carol (Richard) Piotrowski, Nancy Shemka, and Darlene Beek (Mike); 13 grandkids; 11 great grandkids; 1 step great grandson; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering had taken place on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Comins Township Hall.
