Marlene Wagler

Marlene Wagler, age 69 of Mio, Michigan, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at her home.Marlene was born on February 5, 1945 to Olen and Polly (Miller) Christner in LaGrange, Indiana. She married David A. Wagler on November 4, 1965 in Shipshewana, Indiana. The family moved to Mio, Michigan in 1979 from Shipshewana, Indiana.
Marlene is survived by her husband David A. Wagler; her children: Lyle Dean Wagler (deceased), Lori Ann (Norman Ray) Miller, Leon Jay (Christina A.) Wagler, Lynda Sue (Lester) Miller, David D. (Rhoda) Wagler, and Gerald (Amanda) Wagler; her daughter-in-law Ruth “Wagler” (Abe) Schmucker; 4 brothers; 35 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the family residence at 890 E. Kneeland Road, Mio, Michigan, from 3-8 PM. On Friday, November 14, 2014, visitation will be at the Paul Yoder Residence at 360 W. Kittle Road, Mio, Michigan from 2-8 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 9:30 AM, also at the Paul Yoder Residence, with John J. Miller, David P. Yoder, Marlin R. Hochstetler, and Samuel Schmucker, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Amish Kittle Cemetery, Mio, Michigan.
