Mrs. Margaret J. Geistler, 84, of Fairview, passed away Wednesday, January 24th, 2007 at The Home at AuSable Valley Community.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Margaret was born on August 4, 1922 in Rockford Illinois to the late Donald and Rena (Livingston) Patterson. She was a homemaker and had moved to Mio area to live in 1977 from Detroit. She was a member of the Women of the Moose, Chapter 68.
Surviving are her sons: Carl (Mary Jo) Geistler, Jr. of Farmington, MI and Gerald (Patricia) Geistler of Bismarck, ND. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her 1st husband Carl Geistler, Sr., her 2nd husband Vernon Wilson and her son Dale Geistler.
