Lydia Anita Belanger

Lydia Anita Belanger, 88 of Mio, passed away at Wellspring Lutheran Home on October 8, 2015
She was born August 24, 1927 in Nuremberg, Germany to the late Martin and
Margrete (Tannreuther) Lober. She came to the United States in 1953 and become a proud U.S. Citizen
who enjoyed meeting people with German backgrounds. She lived in Mio since 1969.
She was preceded in death by husband, George Belanger.
She is survived by son Daniel (Dorothy) Belanger of Mio; step-daughter Faith Wheeler of Whitmore
Lake; grandchildren Sarah Belanger and Matthew Belanger, both of Mio; Warren Wheeler of
Whitmore Lake; Keith Wheeler of Detroit; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 10-11 AM with funeral services following on Tuesday, October 13, 11:00 a.m., at Living Water Lutheran Church, 207 Fourth Street, Mio, Michigan.
