Louise Becker

Louise Becker, age 78, of Curran, passed away Monday, July 27, 2009 in at The Home at AuSable Valley Community, Fairview.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service has been planned for Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 1 P.M. at Lashley Funeral Home, Mio.
Louise was born on January 12, 1931 in Mayville, Michigan. She worked as a Nurseâ??s Aide at Marlette Hospital for many years. She married Robert Becker on July 28, 1989 in Marlette, MI. The couple moved to Curran in 1992. Louise became a loving farm wife and Robertâ??s helping hand. She loved animals, the outdoors, music, and dancing.
Louise is survived by her husband Robert; her children: Greg (Evelyn) Chorba, Julane (Karl) Thom, Peter (Beth) Chorba, and Randy (Jan) Chorba; her step-children: Vara Wilcox and Brad (Carolyn) Becker; her sister Mary and many, many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donorâ??s choice.
