Mr. Lloyd E. Bailey, 91, of Comins passed away, Tuesday, April 8th, 2008 at Grayling Nursing & Rehabilitation Community.
Visitation Friday 11- 3:30 PM at The Lashley Funeral Home, followed by graveside services at the Fairview Cemetery at 4:00 PM with Pastor Russell Bowman officiating.
Lloyd was born on Sept. 5, 1916 in Comins to Louis and Beulah (Schrock) Bailey and had served his country in The U.S. Army during W.W.II. He lived in Iowa and Saginaw and had worked as an independent truck driver and trucking broker. He returned to Comins following his retirement, from Ringle Express. Lloyd enjoyed both golfing and bowling.
Survived are his two sons Gilbert Bailey of Saginaw and Paul (Sharrel) Bailey of Howard City, MI; grandchildren: Wendy Bailey and Traci Clark and 2 great grandchildren: Austin and Camrin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Lucille J. (Oliver) Bailey and 4 brothers.
The family requests that memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
