Laura Fuller

Laura J. Fuller, age 79, of Mio, MI, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 at her home.Laura was born in Rochester, MI on March 20, 1933 to Harvey and Anna Mae (Patterson) Sparman.  She graduated from Western Michigan University with a Teaching Degree and married Marvin Fuller on July 5, 1954 in Rochester, MI.  Laura worked as a 1st and 2nd Grade teacher for Waterford Schools, retiring and  settled in Mio in 1986. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends.Surviving are her husband Marvin Fuller of Mio, MI; her children: Robert (Lisa) Fuller of Waterford, MI; Timothy (Donna) Fuller of Carrier Mills, IL; Arlene (Jeff) Wells of Davisburg, MI; and Sharon (Joe) Dougherty of Sparta, TN; her sister Irene (Richard) Allen of Oklahoma City, OK; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; her special friend and caregiver Jennie Buchanan and her nieces and nephews.   She was preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter Micha Fuller.Visitation Monday, March 11, 2013 from 1-4 PM and from 6-9 PM at Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, and on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 from 2 PM until the time of Funeral Services at 3:00 PM also at Lashley Funeral Home, with Rev.
