Julie Ann Hershberger

June 10, 1938 — January 9, 2021

Julie Ann (Troyer) Hershberger, 82, passed away on January 9, 2021, at
Wellspring Nursing Home in Fairview, Michigan.  She was welcomed to heaven
and into the loving arms of Jesus.

Julie was born June 10,1938 to Elmer and Hilda (Kurtz) Troyer.
She married her high school sweetheart Bernell Hershberger shortly after
graduating.  They owned and operated Mi-Fair Dairy Farm together until
Bernell's passing in 1993.  She spent her life as a loving mother,
doting grandmother and great-grandmother. Julie is survived by her
daughters, Cynthia & Richard Bruner and family of Pa, Jenni & Brian Layman
and family of Fairview.

Julie was an avid traveler. She and Bernell enjoyed traveling together for
many years.  After the death of Bernell , Julie began traveling with her
grandchildren, making special memories with each one of them.
Julie was very dedicated to her family.  She was active
in her church and community, both in Oscoda County and Venice, Florida.

It was a tragedy she was in a nursing home during a political
lockdown that has been a devastating public health mistake.
Infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists have grave
concerns about mental health impacts on lockdown policies causing
irreparable damage.  The process robbed her of the most fundamental of
needs - freedom, love, touch, affection and the will to live.

I Tim 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love
and a sound mind.

There will be no memorial service as requested by Julie.  The family takes
comfort in knowing she is now with Jesus
