Henry C. Fultz

Henry Clay Fultz, 68, of Fairview went to be with The Lord and Savior suddenly and peacefully Wednesday February 11, 2009, at Mercy Hospital, Grayling MI.
Viewing Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009 from 5-9 PM at Lashley Funeral Home, in Mio, and on Friday, Feb. 13, 2009 from 5-9 PM at The Pixley Funeral Home, Rochester, MI. Funeral Services at 11:00 AM Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 at Pixley Funeral Home with Pastor Russell Bowman of The New Hope Assembly of God Church, Mio officiating. Interment at Christian Memorial Cemetery, Rochester Hills.
Henry was born on April 1, 1940, in Fillmore, KY to Otto and Clara E. (Akers) Fultz. He retired from Rochester Community Schools in 2000, and moved to Fairview in 2002. Though Henry enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and horseback riding his biggest joy was helping others and serving his church in any way he could. But above all, his greatest joy and comfort was reading his bible. He attended The New Hope Assembly of God Church in Mio MI.
Henry is survived by his wife Carol J. (Ingram) Fultz; two daughters- Mary J. (Scott) Wood of Oxford, Deanna L. (Carl) Hager of Oxford, and son William C. Fultz, of Mio, Brother Denny A. (Nadine) Fultz, sister Mattie S. (Dexter) Strunk, and sister in law Sandra Fultz, five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Otto G. Fultz.
