Helen Mary Peddy

Helen Mary Peddy, age 86 of Luzerne, Michigan, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 16, 2014.
Helen was born in Olivet, Michigan on July 3, 1928 to George O. and Harriet Bugbee, and was raised there as well. Her greatest joys in life were being with her family, music, her church, and travelling.
Helen is survived by her husband James M. Peddy; her children: Joyce (Marvin) Stearns of Michigan; Dale (Diane) LaDuke of Michigan; Albry F. Peddy of Florida; and James M. Peddy II (Mike Marcum) of Nevada; 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great- great- grandchildren; and her faithful dog Koko.. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers.
Visitation on Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 4-8 PM at Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, Michigan. Funeral Services will take place on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 11 AM, also at Lashley Funeral Home with Hedy Alcock officiating. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will follow the Funeral Service.
