Gladys P. Stolte

Gladys Pearl (Scott) Stolte, age 68 of Rogers City, formerly of Comins, MI, passed away at home March 19, 2019.

Gladys was born July 9, 1950 in Wyandotte, MI to Lucien and Nellie (Brown) Scott. She spent the majority of her years in Comins where she raised her children and worked in the health care industry where she was able to extend her best quality to others, genuinely caring for them.

Gladys was a care free spirit who enjoyed riding motorcycles and living life to the fullest. She was also an avid reader but spending time with her children and grandchildren were her deepest passion. She loved making them all happy and shared her heart with anyone she met. Her smile and contagious laugh will be missed by many.

She is survived by her children, Kristy (Nick) Torsky of Gaylord, Kara (Jason) Cate of Flint, Daniel (Tricia) Stolte of Mio, Susan (Yaron) Stagg of Mio and Sarah Stolte of Rogers City, her grandchildren, Nicholas, Anna, Jacob, Abby, Kaylee, Tommy, Darian and Briella. She is proceeded in death by her parents.

Friends and family may visit at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Rogers City, MI on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 9am through the time of her memorial mass at 10am with Father James Fitzpatrick officiating.
