Mr. Gary Robert Radzwion, age 55, of Mio, formerly of West Branch and Grayling, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, July 5th, 2008 at his residence.
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at at The Woodland Lodge, 269 Zimowske Road, Mio, Michigan, at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 12th, 2008.
Gary was born on July 9, 1952 in Detroit, MI to Robert & Charlotte (Heyn) Radzwion. He lived in The State of Washington for several years before returning to Michigan. He lived several years in Grayling and moved to West Branch in 2000. Gary settled in Mio in 2006, where he found true peace and happiness. Gary loved the outdoors and enjoyed farming, gardening, animals, fishing, cross county skiing, cooking and traveling a true Jack-of-all trades. He will be remembered as a very compassionate person, ""a true man of character"" and a faithful friend.
Gary is survived by his parents: Robert & Charlotte (Heyn) Radzwion of Higgins Lake, MI; his life companion and soul mate Deb Basl of Mio; 3 sons: Peter (Niamh) Radzwion of Dublin, Ireland, Andy Radzwion of Eugene, OR and Jim Lewis of Seattle, WA; 1 sister: Jan (Jerry) Huron of Maple City, MI. He was preceded in death by his brother: David Radzwion.
He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
