Francis (Frank) Earl Boudro, Jr. (71) passed away on December 10, 2024. He was born on March 29, 1953 to Francis Sr and Hope (Livingston) Boudro. He was raised in Burton and graduated from Bentley High School. Sergeant Boudro was a proud veteran who served in the United States Air Force as a special vehicle mechanic from December 26, 1972 to December 17, 1976 when he received an honorable discharge. Frank moved to Mio at the age of 23 where he built his life. He met his domestic partner Sandra Suchland in 1983 and created a life with her and her son Gary. He enjoyed working outdoors at the Oscoda County Park as a groundskeeper. His hobbies include fishing and spending time with family and friends. Frank was well known in the community for his kindness. He was a very giving person with a passion to help others. Frank was a member of The American Legion Post 162 member number 101379.
Frank is survived by his son Gary (Angela) Suchland, his grandsons Dalton and Dominic, his sister Star (Bob) Raymond, his brothers Randy Boudro and Gene Boudro, his nieces Amy (Bob) Leinonen, Karen (Roger) Glasscock and nephew Rob (Amanda) DuBuis.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents Francis Sr and Hope Boudro, sister Dawn DuBuis, brother Bill Boudro and Sandra Suchland.
Per Frank’s wishes and the wishes of his family Frank was cremated.
Graveside service with Military Honors offered by The American Legion Post, will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM at The Luzerne Cemetery at the family plot.
