Esther Miller

Susie Esther Miller, age 91 of Fairview, Michigan, passed away at The Home at Wellspring Lutheran Services in Fairview, Michigan on Saturday, October 20, 2018.

Esther was born in Hutchinson, Kansas on August 31, 1927 to Jacob S. and Sarah A. (Schrock) Troyer. On October 21, 1955, she was united in marriage to Otis Miller, who preceded her in death in February 2004. She was an active member of the Fairview Mennonite Church. Esther is remembered for her enjoyment of being a homemaker, hospitality, numerous Sunday guests, and caring for countless children.

Esther is survived by her children: Warren (Beth) Miller of Fairview, MI; Judith (Eric) Herb of Knoxville, TN; and Marvin Miller (Ficky Dwiksatria) of Miami Beach, FL; and her grandchildren: Britany and Courtney Miller, both of Lansing, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Otis L. Miller.

Visitation on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 6 – 8 PM at the Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, MI, and also on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 10 AM until the Funeral Services at 11 AM at the Fairview Mennonite Church, Fairview, MI, with Pastor David Price officiating. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, Michigan.
