Mr. Edward E. Hayden, age 65 of Mio, formerly of Mt. Clemens, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2007at his home. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Hayden was born on February 4, 1942 in Algonac, Ml to Edward F. and Geraldine E. Hayden. He was a commercial carpenter, a member of Carpenters Local #687 of Detroit. Upon his retirement in 2004, he and his wife Linda moved to Mio. Edward loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
Mr. Hayden is survived by his wife of 39 years, Linda; his daughter Angela O'Quinn of Fraser, Ml; his son Edward E. (Laurie) Hayden II of St. Clair Shores, Ml; his grandchildren Britany, Riley & Patrick O'Quinn and Carrie, Tyler & Christine Kitter; his sisters: Janet Dunn (Sherrie) of Mio and Melody Strope of Washington; his brothers: William (Dee) Dunn of Grawn, Ml and Richard (Lynn) Dunn of Harrison Twp., Ml. He is also survived by his father & mother-in-law Richard and Jean Wells of Mio.
Mr. Hayden was preceded in death by his parents, his daughters Tracey Kitter and Lisa Hughes, and his son Robert Hayden.
Memorial contributions in Edward's memory may be directed to the American Cancer Society or to Heartland Hospice.
