Dorothy J. Wetmore

Miss Dorothy J. ""Dotty"" Wetmore, age 50, of Luzerne, MI, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at The Home at AuSable Valley Community in Fairview.
Dotty was born on October 29, 1960 in Bay City, Michigan to Franklin ""Joe"" and Roberta (Eastman) Wetmore.  She lived in Luzerne most of her life. Dotty attended Mio Head Start, C.O.O.R. Intermediate Schools, and was a member of the R.O.O.C. workshop.  She was a member of the Mio Baptist Church.   Dotty enjoyed crocheting, making potholders, watching movies, writing, coloring, and playing cards. She loved her cats and her many collections.  Dotty was loved by many.
Surviving are her mother Roberta Wetmore of Luzerne; her brother Neil (Arlene) Wetmore of Jacksonville, FL; her step-sister Mary Jo Beek of Mio; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Dotty was preceded in death by her father Franklin ""Joe"" Wetmore.
Visitation Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 11:00 AM until the time of funeral services at 1:00 PM at The  Mio Baptist Church, Mio, MI, with Reverend Glynn McMorris officiating.  Interment at Luzerne Cemetery, Luzerne, MI.
