Doris Marie Franz

Doris M. Franz, age 81 of Luzerne, Michigan, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 30, 2017.
Doris was born in Double Springs, Tennessee on January 16, 1936 to Everret and Ida Rogers.
Doris is survived by her children: Marsha Pippin, Robin (Ron) Harkrader, Cathyrine "Pippin" (Thomas) Trapani, Ray (Elizabeth) Pippin, and David M. Franz; her son-in-law Steve Roth; her grandchildren: Christopher Burr (Kelly Andrews), Kellie Burr Davidson, Jennifer Dubay (Robert Vought), Patrick M. Burr (Marlena Parent), Matthew M. (Tiffany) Burr; Elizabeth Ryan, Natasha (Jeffery) Houghten, Merideth (Michael) Smith, Andre (Gina) Grujovski, Jason Shelson, Jennifer Shelson (Brandon Negro), Joseph Roth, Jeffery Roth, and Aubrie Franz; and her great-grandchildren: Madison Whitmore, Keegan Davidson, Riley Davidson, Elijah Davidson, Seth Davidson, Samara Davidson, Anthony Burr, Ayden Burr, Phillip Burr, Dylan Burr, Kylie Burr, Alexandra Burr, Kara Negro, Lincoln Negro, Trennen Smith, Tanyon Smith, Christopher Isabella, Molly Ryan and Abigail Ryan.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Ridley M. Pippin; her second husband Elmer Franz; her daughter Michelle (Pippin) Roth; her grandson Michael Ray Pippin; and her great-granddaughter Kasey Lyn Burr.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.
