Diane Luckett

Diane Louise Luckett, 72, of Mio, passed away Saturday December 1, 2012 at the Munson Medical Center, Traverse City.

Diane was born on November 27, 1940 in Washington D.C. to Robert and Mildred Reichard.  She married John E. Luckett on June 21, 1958.  Diane was a homemaker raising 3 children, a member of recovery Inc. where she traveled to many medical facilities educating professionals about the organization.  Afterwards she worked as a nurseâ??s aid caring for the elderly, which she enjoyed a great deal.  Diane and John moved to Marquette, Michigan upon retiring and then to Mio, MI where they resided for 12 years.  Dianeâ??s favorite times were during the holidays.  She loved her family and pets and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband John; daughter Robin (Ed) Ross; son John; 4 grand children: Tiffany, Brittany, Alyssa and Jordan; sister Roberta (Mike) Agnello; brothers: Barry (Pat), Glen, and Dale Reichard and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Diana Newman.

In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place.  Memorial service Saturday December 8, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Lashley Funeral Home, Reverend Al Eastman officiating with a luncheon following at the New Hope Assembly of God, 600 W. 8 ^th street / M72, Mio.
