David L. Stachowski

Mr. David L. Stachowski, age 50, of Mio, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Mercy Hospital, Grayling.
Visitation 4-9 PM Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at The Lashley Funeral Home, Mio. No funeral services are planned.
David was born on May 19, 1958 in Detroit, MI to Joseph and Lois (Buffington) Stachowski, Sr. He moved to Wayne, MI in 1960, settling in Mio in 1986. He had worked in construction, auto repair and farming, David enjoyed woodworking and had a special love for animals. He will be remembered for friendships and willingness to lend a helping hand.
Surviving are his mother: Lois Z. Tank of Mio; 1 sister: Robin (Gregg) Shoner; 4 brothers: Joseph (Judy) Stachowski, Jr., Gary E. Stachowski, Walter J. (Rose) Stachowski and Ronald D. (Sally) Stachowski and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Stachowski, Sr. and his bother Jay Stachowski.
