David Leroy Nelson

David Leroy Nelson 73 of Mio passed away on May 3,2009. He leaves behind his loving partner Erma Rembisz, daughter Patty Stanley (Tim), son's David Nelson (Melissa), John Nelson (Anna). Three grandson's Matt Kennedy ,Joel Kennedy, and Trevor Nelson and step grandson Brock Laymen. One great grandson Nolan Kennedy. He is proceeded in death by his wife Shirley Nelson and infant daughter Carrielee Nelson ,his father David Nelson, mother Alvera Nelson and sister Donna Primm. Dave moved to Mio in 1983 he worked for Gasho's saw mill until he retired. Dave had many friends that thought highly of him . He loved the outdoors and most of all his ice cream and sweets. He will be sadly missed by family and friends and joyously received by JESUS. In accordance with his wishes cremation took place and no services are planned.
