Mr. Dale Edward Derda, age 66, of Fairview, passed away Friday, July 20th, 2007 at Bay Special Care Facility, Bay City.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Interment of Ashes will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Mr. Derda was born on July, 10, 1941 to the late Edward & Mildred (Mundt) Derda-Berry. He resided in Garden City, MI and had worked as a butcher for Farmer-Jack Super Market until opening Dale's Meat Market, which he ran until moving to Fairview in 1972. He had been a member of The Comins Eagles and worked as a butcher for Troyer's Meat Market, retiring after 21 years service.
Surviving are his sister: Marlene (Roy) Kleinebreil of Mio, nieces and nephews: Dale, Janet and Dean Austere and 6 grand nieces and nephews.
