Cheryl May Cochran

Cheryl May (Rosentreter) Cochran, age 68, of Luzerne, MI, passed away on August 31, 2025, at home surrounded by family and friends. She was born on January 29, 1957 in Grayling, MI to the late Grace Sayen and Robert Rosentreter. Everyone who knew Cheryl will remember her great love of owls. She is survived by her loving companion, Terence; children, Michelle Chappell, April Littlejohn, and Patrick Cochran; sisters, Cindy Phillips, and Theresa Rosentreter; grandchildren, Sam Kanatzer, Michael Kanatzer, Nikki Kanatzer, Amber Kanatzer, and Clayton Cochran. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bob Rosentreter, and Ray Rosentreter, and son, Michael Cochran. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 1:00 PM, at the Luzerne Baptist Church in Luzerne, MI with Pastor Hedy Alcock officiating. Interment of ashes will occur at the Luzerne Cemetery at a later date.
