Carolyn Mae Gerber

Carolyn Mae (Yoder) Gerber, 77, of Fairview, MI, passed from this life on Saturday, March 15th, 2025 at her home in Fairview.
Carolyn was born March 19, 1947 in Alpena, Michigan to Floyd and Irene (Miller) Yoder. On October 3, 1970. she married Harry Gerber. They spent 51 years together until his death in 2021. She lived in the Fairview area her entire life. Carolyn committed her life to the Lord in her youth, and remained faithful to that commitment. She was a member in the Fairview Conservative Mennonite Church.
Carolyn is survived by her three children: Wayne (Linda) Gerber of Fairview, MI; Elaine Gerber of Albion, IN; and Dale (Janice) Gerber of Mio, MI; nine grandchildren, her sister Rhoda (Aaron) Witmer of SD, her brother Jason (Doris) Yoder of MN, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one niece.
Visitation will be from 2-8 PM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the Fairview Conservative Mennonite Church, Mio, Michigan, and again from 9 AM until the time of Funeral Services at 10 AM on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at the  Fairview Conservative Mennonite Church in Mio, Michigan, with Barry Troyer, Wendall Cross, Vernon Martin, and Gene Stutzman officiating. Interment will follow at the Conservative Mennonite Cemetery, Mio, Michigan.
