Carolyn K. Boulay

Carolyn Boulay, age 69 of Comins, Michigan, passed away at The Home at Wellspring Lutheran Services on Saturday, April 9, 2016.
Carolyn was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on September 3, 1946 to Herman and Jane (Froberg) Vaden. She married Willian Boulay in 1962. The couple lived in Harrison Township, MI and settled in Comins, MI in 1998. Carolyn was a homemaker who enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Carolyn is survived by her children: William T. (Jacqueline) Boulay III of Peck, MI; Kimberly (Regis) Girdwood of Clinton Twp., MI; Susan (Matthew) Safranek of New Haven, MI; Janine Boulay of New Haven, MI; Tammy (Todd) Holcomb of Richmond, MI; Sheryl (Russ) Zipf of Harrison Twp., MI; and Janine (Aaron) Batavia of Comins, MI; her sister Marilyn (Thomas) Grzadzinski of Unionville, MI; her brothers: Richard (Lora) Vaden of Lewiston, MI and Ronald (Denise) Vaden of Sterling Heights, MI; 29 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William, and her brother Oscar Leslie Vaden.
Visitation on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 12 Noon – 2 PM at the Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, MI, with Funeral Services at 2 PM with Pastor Ron Carter officiating. Interment will take place at Loud Township Cemetery, Loud Twp., Michigan.
