Buster Anderson

Buster Anderson, age 78 of Luzerne, Michigan, passed away at his home on Friday, July 10, 2015.
Buster was born in Elkhorn, Kentucky on January 22, 1937 to Thomas and Dolly (France) Anderson. He moved to Michigan. He married Janet Herrick on March 25, 1988 in Ann Arbor.  Buster worked as a High-Low Operator for Ford Motor Company, at the Wayne Assembly Plant in Wayne, Michigan.  He retired in 2002.  The couple moved to Luzerne in 2004. Buster had been a member of the Eagles Club in the Detroit Area.  He had enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Buster is survived by his wife Janet of Luzerne, MI; his children:  Candy (Gary) West of Fort Wayne, IN; Patty (Doug) Holbrook of Homer, MI; and Roy (Theresa) Combs of Atascosa, TX; his brothers:  James Anderson of Ypsilanti, MI and Billy Anderson of London, KY; 12 grandchildren and 19 great- grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister June Anderson.
Visitation on Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 2-8 PM at Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, Michigan; and again from 10 AM until the time of Funeral Services at 11 AM on Monday, July 13, 2015 at Mio Baptist Church, with Pastor Glynn McMorris officiating.  Interment at Albion Memory Gardens, Albion, Michigan.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Munson Hospice of Grayling.
