Bufford "Ted" T. Williams, Jr.

Bufford Theodore “Ted” Williams, age 77, was born on January 10, 1946 in La Follette, Tennessee to the late Theodore and Euretha Williams. After serving in the United States Army, he married the love of his life, Maria. Together they raised a wonderful son, James. After 54 years of marriage, Ted was called home to join our Lord and Savior, where he joined his brothers that passed before him, Robert and Charlie Williams. He leaves behind his loving wife, his son, his sister Mary Alice Bryant, along with many, many nieces, nephews, and great friends.

Ted was an upholsterer by trade, and an avid outdoorsman by nature. Once he retired, he settled permanently in Luzerne, Michigan where he spent his free time hunting and fishing. He was also a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus #7329. Ted had a strong belief in God, and his faith was shown in the way that he treated others. Ted was always kind and willing to go the extra mile to help family and friends.

Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service and Private Celebration of Life will be held at a date to be determined.
