Mrs. Betty June Luttenbacher, age 76, of Mio, passed away Friday, October 27th, 2006 at Bortz Health Care of Rose City.
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church, Mio, MI, at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 6th, with Father Joseph A. Blasko officiating.
Betty was born on May 8, 1930 in Lapeer to the late Theodore and Gladys Allen. Betty and her first husband Frank Paretti II moved to Mio in 1967 from Fraser, MI. Frank preceded her in death in 1983. She married Stanley J. Luttenbacher in 1986 and he also preceded her in death in 1992.
She was a retired Postal Clerk and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church Mio, MI., where she had served as a member of the Alter Society. She enjoyed walking, the nature and beauty of the outdoors and reading.
Surviving are her daughter: Kathleen Paretti of Ypsilanti; 2 sons: Frank (Michelle) Paretti III of Mount Pleasant and Tom Luttenbacher of Mio; 3 sisters: Carolyn (Joe) Bissonnette of Lapeer, Gloria Burkland of Mesa, AZ and Joyce (Herb) Bouck of Phoenix, AZ; 1 brother: James (Diane) Allen of Lupton, MI. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Andrea Gengler and Danielle Paretti, and 3 great grandchildren: Hayley and Maizee Gengler and Kyra Trofatter.
