Betty A. Fath

Mrs. Betty A. Fath, age 77, of Mio, Michigan; formerly of West Chester, Ohio; passed away Monday, November 10, 2008 at Grayling Mercy Hospital in Grayling, Ml.
Visitation Wednesday, November 12, 2008 from 6-9 P.M. at Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, Ml., with a Rosary offered at 6:30 P.M. followed by a Prayer Vigil Service at 7 P.M. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, November 15, 2008 from 9:30 - 10:30 A.M. at St. Susanna Catholic Church in Mason, Ohio, with The Mass of Christian Burial offered at 10:30 A.M. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Montgomery, Ohio.
Mrs. Fath was born on March 25,1931 in Hamilton, Ohio to Herbert and Edna (Martin) Mick. She married James at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hamilton, Ohio on May 21, 1955. The couple moved to Mio in 1989. Betty was a member of St. Susanna Catholic Church of Mason, Ohio and St. Mary Catholic Church of Mio. She enjoyed reading, fishing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Betty is survived by her husband Jim of Mio; her children: Jim (Denise) Fath and John (Felicia) Fath, both of Mason, OH; Ray (Missy) Fath of Middletown, OH; Tom (Beth) Fath of Centerville, OH; and Joe (Kathy) Fath of West Chester, OH; her sisters: Mary Lou (Bob) Moran; Sr. Loretta Mick; and Evelyn Jones; her brothers: Larry (Maureen) Mick and Dave (Rachel) Mick; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her infant daughter Mary Fath; and her brothers: John, Herb, and Billy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either St. Mary Catholic Church for Casket Pall and Vestments or to the St. Susanna Building Fund.
