Mr. Arthur Joseph Ayling, 62, of Mio died Monday, January 22nd, 2007 at Bay Regional Medical Center, Bay City, Michigan. Viewing is Friday from 1-8 PM. at Lashley Funeral Home in Mio, MI. The Funeral Services is at 3 PM on Saturday, January 27th, with Reverend Russell Bowman officiating.
Mr. Ayling was born in Flint, Michigan on March 11, 1944, the son of Herman Ayling and Esther (Zsolczai) Ayling, Pingel. He retired 1992 as a Machine Operator from the General Motors, Delco Electronics / AC Spark Plug plant in Flint. He was a member of the Eagles Club and after retiring moved to Mio where he enjoyed camping and going to the Casino.
He is survived by his Mother Esther (Zsolczai) Ayling Pingel of Gladwin. Daughter: Dawn (Paul) Jacobsma of Grand Rapids, MI; Son: Paul (Lisa) Ayling of Birch Run, MI; 4 Grandchildren: Nathan Schwarzbeck, Joshua Jacobsma, Kayla and Jeffrey Ayling.
He was preceded in death by his father Herman Ayling and his wife Sharon L. (Edwards) Ayling.
