Archie "Butch" Gould

Archie Lee “Butch” Gould, Jr., age 64 of Mio, Michigan, passed away at Grayling Mercy Hospital on Saturday, January 4, 2014.
Butch was born in West Branch, Michigan on March 31, 1949 to Archie Lee and Barbara (Bugbee) Gould, Sr., and was raised in the Holly, Michigan area. He served his country as a sergeant in the US Army from 1967-1970 during the Vietnam War Era. Upon returning home, he moved to the state of Wyoming where he worked in the oil fields and as a truck driver. Butch settled in Mio in 1993. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his mother Barbara Gould of Mio, MI; his children: Shelly Bergeron of Rock Springs, WY; Raquel Bade of Midland, MI; Joann (Brian) Sweebe of Sanford, MI; Tawnya Miller of DeWitt, MI; Jaeme Gould of Mio, MI; and Archie Lee Alan Gould III of Witchataw, KS; his brothers and sisters: Deborah (Ray) Fletcher, Susan Chartier, Penny (Dennis) Morman, Robert (Mary) Gould, Barb (Bud) Myers, and Pete (Patty) Gould; 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Archie Lee Gould, Sr.; and his daughters Kristina Gould and Michelle Gould.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Lashley Funeral Home, Mio, MI.
