Anna Schrock

Anna J. Schrock, age 90, of Fairview, was born July 16, 1918, and went to be with her Lord November 25, 2008. Visitation was held on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008 from 5-9 P.M. and again on Thursday, Nov. 27 from 3-7 P.M. at the Fairview Conservative Mennonite Church, 45 E. Miller Rd. Funeral services were held Friday, November 28, 2008 at 10 A.M. also at the church with Harry Gerber, Barry Troyer, and Philip Sensenig officiating. Interment followed at the Kittle Amish Cemetery in Mio.
Anna was the daughter of Ammon and Sarah (Kauffman) Weaver of Fairview, Ml. Upon her confession of faith, she was baptized in her youth and was a member of the Fairview Conservative Mennonite Church. On January 4, 1949, she married John P. Schrock of Uniontown, OH, and to this union were born two children; Dale and Barbara.
Anna is survived by her son Dale, her daughter-in-law Mary, her daughter Barbara, her granddaughters Bridgette and Alyssa, her sister-in-law Anna (Joe) Weaver, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Ammon and Sarah Weaver; her loving husband John; and her siblings: Benjamin, Nancy (John) Coblentz, Lydia (Monroe) Miller, Mattie (Peter) Shrock, Lizzie (Elwood) Yoder, Samuel, John, Joseph, Harvey, Kate (Solomon) Gerber, Emma (Aaron) Gerber, and Mary (Russel) St. Peter.
