Alice E. Nichols

Alice E. Nichols, age 88, of Lupton, formerly of Detroit, MI, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2010, at Bortz Health Care of West Branch. In accordance with her wishes, private graveside services held on Monday, January 25, 2010 at Lane Heights Cemetery, Lupton, MI.
Alice was born on November 1, 1921 to Harry and Grace (Hawkins) Donaldson. She lived Allen Park, Garden City, and Dearborn Heights, before moving to Lupton in the late 1970â??s with her husband Frank Svinarich. Alice enjoyed reading, flowers, and gardening.
Alice is survived by her nephews: Robert (Debbie) Donaldson of Lupton, MI, and Daniel Donaldson of Detroit, MI; her niece Janet (Al) Semans of Prudenville, MI; and many grandnieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands: Herbert Holzheter, Frank Svinarich, and Charles Nichols; and her brothers: Robert, Harry ""Babe"", and Jack Donaldson.
