Mr. Albert Edward Cosentine, age 93, of Luzerne, passed away Saturday, March 13th, 2010 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Saginaw.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Interment of ashes will be in Pennsylvania.
Al was born on September 26, 1916 in Loyalsock Township, PA to the late Frank & Mary (Curcho) Cosentine. He served his country in the US Military during WWII. He moved to Bay City and settled in Mio in 1959. He had worked as a construction engineering supervisor and was a member of The Mio Moose Lodge #1035, The Luzerne American Legion Post #162 and The Comins Eagles Aeries #3544. He enjoyed playing cards, especially Euchre, and going to the casino.
Surviving are his daughter Patricia A. Camille of Williamsport, PA;his grandson P.J. Camille of Williamsport, PA; his companion Doris M. Franz of Luzerne and her children: Cathy Trapani of Mio, Marsha Pippin of Lake Orion, MI and grandchildren: Matthew and Christopher Burr and Merideth Smith; step-children: Nora Willobee of Syracuse, NY, Kathy Jo Zurek of Willow, AK and Candy Worley of Mio; step-grandchildren: Amber Linn Willobee,Christian Worley,Kimberly Mast,Bradley Mast, Jessica (nee Zurek) Buddie and Rebecca Zurek and many, many friends.
